Azerbaijani-Turkish relations continue successfully under the leadership of their heads of state, Azerbaijani Defence Minister Col Gen Zakir Hasanov said.

He made the remarks within the framework of the Anatolian Eagle-2023 international tactical flight drills in Konya, Report informs.

Col Gen Hasanov and Deputy Defence Minister Lt Gen Ramiz Takhirov are visiting Türkiye at the invitation of its National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar.

A solemn ceremony of welcoming the Azerbaijani delegation with the participation of the guard of honour was held on the territory of the drills and a commemorative photograph was taken.

Then the Anatolian Eagle training centre was opened.
