Russia fires ballistic missiles on Ukrainian cities
Russian troops fired on December 6 ballistic missiles at one of the industrial infrastructure facilities of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.
“I'll start with information about the explosion that the people of Kryvyi Rih heard at about six o'clock in the evening. Occupation-terrorist troops launched a missile attack on one of the city's industrial infrastructure facilities. Supposedly, they were ballistic missiles,” head of the Kryvyi Rih Regional Police Department Oleksandr Vilkul wrote on Telegram, per RBC-Ukraine.
He added that the wounded worker of the enterprise was hospitalized, while the site itself has been significantly damaged.
Meanwhile, before the shelling, there was no air raid warning in the city because the time of the ballistic missile's approach is a matter of minutes, officials reported. Therefore, it was very difficult for air defence to intercept them.
Earlier on December 6, the Russian military launched also a missile attack on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. As a result, private houses and an educational institution were damaged.
“Another enemy shelling of the city. 4 missiles hit Kramatorsk,” head of the Kramatorsk city military administration Alexander Goncharenko wrote on Telegram, RBC-Ukraine reports.
“Fortunately, there were no casualties,” he added.
