Russian forces shoot down 34 Ukrainian drones over several regions

Russian air defence forces shot down 34 Ukrainian drones over various regions of the country on the night of April 29 to 30.

Some 15 unmanned aerial vehicles were downed over the Kursk region, eight over the Bryansk region, seven over the Oryol region, three over the Vladimir region, and one drone over the Belgorod region, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Russian Ministry of Defence.

Earlier, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) had imposed temporary restrictions on flight arrivals and departures at airports in Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod, and Yaroslavl.

The restrictions were introduced due to a potential threat of drone attacks.
