SOCAR reveals big investments in Romania’s economy

SOCAR Vice President Kanan Najafov has said that the company invested $69 million in the Romanian economy and is carrying out extensive activities in this country.
Najafov made the statement on June 23 at the 6th meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade, Economic Relations and Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania, according to Report.
“Currently, SOCAR has 729 employees in Romania. The company has 67 filling stations and 3 fuel storage facilities in this country. We are very interested in cooperation with Romanian companies,” Najafov said.
