Yerevan reveals number of Armenians leaving Garabagh for Armenia

The number of residents of Armenian nationality who left Azerbaijan’s Garabagh region has reached 2,906 people.

The departure of people continued throughout the night to September 25, APA reports, citing the report of the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers.

As of 06:00, 2,906 residents of Karabakh entered Armenia.

Conditions are created for the safe exit of people of Armenian origin to Armenia.

They voluntarily leave Karabakh, travelling to Armenia by buses and private cars.

Earlier on September 24, the Armenian government said that the first group of 377 Armenians who left Garabagh arrived in Armenia.
