France to allocate additional 15 million euros to Armenia

The French Foreign Ministry has stated that Paris will allocate 15 million euros more in urgent humanitarian aid to Armenia. 

"These additional mobilization efforts will support the activities of NGOs, the ICRC, the Armenian Red Cross, and UN agencies for the reception and social, medical, educational, and financial support of vulnerable population groups.

This support is also accompanied by the efforts of civil society and French territorial authorities to benefit the Armenian population," the statement said, Caliber.Az reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

It is noted that the amount of aid allocated by France to Armenia in 2023 generally amounts to 27.5 million euros.
