Speacial envoy comments on progress in opening Turkish-Armenian border

There has been no progress in opening the Turkish-Armenian border to third-country citizens, Ambassador Serdar Kılıç, Türkiye's special envoy for normalising relations with Yerevan said while speaking to Russian media.

However, according to Caliber.Az, he noted that Ankara and Yerevan are working in this direction.

Ruben Rubinyan, deputy speaker of the Armenian parliament and special envoy for the settlement of Armenian-Turkish relations, said on March 1 that Armenia and Türkiye are working on opening the border for citizens of third countries and people with diplomatic passports.
