Armenia, US mull border delimitation with Azerbaijan

Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan has met with US Ambassador to the country Kristina Kvien to discuss border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The sides also discussed issues on the Armenia-US agenda, Caliber.Az reports citing the Armenian government.

The discussions follow the recent announcement by the Armenian Foreign Ministry regarding the outcomes of the 8th meeting of state commissions between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It was revealed that both countries agreed to commence border delimitation efforts starting from the Tavush (Tovuzgala - ed.) region, with the aim to finalize the agreement on the draft regulations for joint activity of delimitation commissions by July 1, 2024.
