The main goal of the memorandum is to develop economic, industrial, scientific, technical, and technological cooperation in satellite services and space activities, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azercosmos.
The agency stated that under the agreement, the parties plan to collaborate on the development of the space ecosystem, strategic consulting, radio frequency management, geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, satellite communications, satellite and ground system management, as well as legal and regulatory issues in space activities and satellite services.
“Cooperation will also include exploring business opportunities in telecommunications, broadcasting and information services, teleports and ground stations, as well as implementing joint initiatives in geoinformation technologies, artificial intelligence, and Earth observation services,” Azercosmos said.
