Azerbaijan hosts event on energy efficiency

The Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan reports the hosting of an event in the country focused on the "Energy Efficiency Fund and National Building Renovation Program," dedicated to a technical assistance project.

"Energy Efficiency and Climate," implemented under the Azerbaijan Rapid Technical Assistance Facility (AZTAF), is supported by the European Union, the Ministry of Energy told Caliber.Az.

During the event, EU Ambassador Peter Michalko highlighted the successful cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan and the significance of the projects implemented.

Other experts also addressed the seminar, providing detailed information on the results of the energy audit conducted in 10 public buildings as part of the project, and recommendations for ensuring energy efficiency in buildings.
