Azerbaijan media agency to develop data journalism by attracting foreign experts

“Specific goals have been set to further increase the level of knowledge and skills of journalists working in the field of media in our country.

We currently have a number of plans related to the development of data journalism," Report quotes Executive Director of the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) Ahmad Ismayilov as saying.

According to him, foreign experts are planned to be attracted in connection with the development of data journalism.

“The main goal is to promote data journalism in Azerbaijan, develop the knowledge and skills of journalists and support data communication in society,” he said.
