Azerbaijan plans to complete first-phase development of liberated village
The Azerbaijani government plans to complete the first phase of construction and restoration work in the liberated Talysh village of the Terter region this month.
The remarks came from Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, included in the Karabakh economic region (with the exception of the Shusha region) on March 6 at a meeting of the working group on transport, communications and high technologies of the Interdepartmental Center under the Coordination Headquarters at the Fizuli International Airport, per Report.
“After the work is completed, former internally displaced persons will be able to move there. Currently, work is being completed in the field of road infrastructure and the creation of communication lines,” he said.
“The return to the territories liberated from occupation is defined as one of the five priorities of Azerbaijan until 2030. The main roadmap is the "First State Program for the Great Return to the Territories Liberated from Occupation", approved by President Ilham Aliyev in November last year. Important work has been done within the framework of the program. Today, 8 main and 2 railways are being built,” Huseynov added.
