Azerbaijan is proud to share its post-conflict recovery model - one that is rooted in sustainability, territorial reintegration and human-centred development, the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, Anar Guliyev, said at the 3rd such Forum underway in Khankendi on October 15-17.

Guliyev, touching upon large-scale reconstruction works in Karabakh and East Zangezur, also mentioned the master plans prepared for the development of urban centres and rural communities, Caliber.Az reports.

“These plans are not just technical documents - they serve as blueprints for rebuilding lives and restoring livelihoods. This progress reflects not only the physical reconstruction of the region, but also the resilience of communities and the country's broader commitment to inclusive and sustainable recovery,” he added.
