Azerbaijan's exports to Armenia exceed $4.2 million in two months
Azerbaijan exported goods worth over $4.2 million to Armenia in January–February 2026, according to data released by the State Customs Committee.
The figure accounted for just 0.12% of Azerbaijan’s total exports during the period. No imports from Armenia were recorded, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Overall, Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover reached $6.264 billion in the first two months of the year, marking a 29.65% decline compared to the same period in 2025.
Exports totaled $3.665 billion, down 23.1% year-on-year, while imports fell more sharply by 37.2% to $2.599 billion.
Despite the drop in trade volumes, Azerbaijan recorded a positive trade balance of $1.066 billion, an increase of 69.75% compared to the previous year.
