Azerbaijani Pavilion at Moscow exhibition centre to host International Music Festival

The Consonance International Music Festival will be held for the first time in the greenhouse of the Azerbaijan pavilion at VDNKh in Moscow.

According to Azertaj, on April 25-26, in the greenhouse of the pavilion "Azerbaijan" at VDNKh, the Children's Music School named after K. Karaev will organize the International Music Festival "Consonance" for the first time.

The name of the festival, "Consonance" is not accidental. The organizers wanted to emphasize that the musical term Consonance means agreement. For many years, a music school in Moscow named after Kara Karaev brings together musical performers, students of musical educational institutions and artists.

Moscow Children's Music School. Kara Karaev is known for being the organizer of various major children's musical projects, festivals and competitions.

Since the beginning of this year, the organizers of the festival have announced a collection of applications for participation in the project. Over 100 applications were received from all over the world. The best of them will perform for the population of Moscow and its guests in two days.

The musical event will be attended by laureates of international competitions from Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey and Germany, students of music schools, art schools, as well as secondary specialized music schools. Festival participants will show their skills on the piano, strings, wind, electronic musical instruments, as well as choir and solo vocals.

Guests of the event will enjoy the music of composers of the XX-XXI centuries, exclusively of the academic direction.
