Moscow says Russia ready for honest dialogue with West
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said that his country is ready for honest, equal cooperation and dialogue with the West.
His remarks come online in an article for the international edition of Russia's Security Index Yearbook 2024-2025, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
"The deterioration of relations with the collective West was not initiated by us. The responsibility for this lies entirely with the United States and its allies," Ryabkov pointed out.
"Russia has repeatedly emphasised that it is not cutting itself off from anyone, and has repeatedly expressed its readiness for cooperation. Of course, exclusively equal and honest, on a mutually beneficial basis with all states interested in solving common problems facing humanity," the senior diplomat noted.
