PM: Georgia never join war in Ukraine

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has said that Georgia will never participate in the war in Ukraine.
“Tbilisi’s position on military assistance to Ukraine has not changed,” Garibashvili told journalists, APA reports.
“We have clearly and unequivocally stated that we will not render military assistance. We will not participate in this war. This is our clear position. We are responsible for our citizens,” he said.
The prime minister noted that Georgia sent more than 1,000 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Georgia is in the lead among 190 countries that have rendered humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
He added that Georgia is still assisting Ukrainian refugees.
