Russian reporter under Armenian fire for ascribing Garabagh "blockade" to show PHOTO
Armenians have attacked a journalist of the Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta for an article, entitled “Garabagh is a self-besieged fortress”.
Posting the article on Facebook, author Elena Romanova commented, by saying “A blockade is when machine gunners are on the perimeter and you cannot leave. And if you starve your kids to death, at a time when you can get food from Azerbaijan, this is not a blockade, this is a show,” Trend reports.
Armenia is losing supporters in the information sector every day, and more and more world media refute the ridiculous arguments of Armenia. Naturally, Armenian social media users, expressing their dissatisfaction, accused Romanova of “bias”. As a result, the author had to remove her article.
However, the presence of irrefutable evidence that the Lachin-Khankandi road is open and Azerbaijan has ensured free movement along it once again nip in the bud the Armenian propaganda about the alleged existence of the so-called "blockade". It is also worth recalling that it was Armenia that refused to deliver humanitarian supplies across the Aghdam-Khankandi road, therefore, as the author of Novaya Gazeta noted, the ridiculous arguments of the Armenians are nothing more than a show.
