SOCAR signs memorandum of understanding with Microsoft PHOTO

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) and Microsoft.

Report informs, citing SOCAR that the memorandum provides for cooperation in the field of digitalization, innovation, improvement of infrastructure in the field of information technology, development of human capital, as well as in the field of exploration, production, processing, marketing, transport, cybersecurity.

The signing of a document on cooperation with the global technology company Microsoft will create a favorable basis for opening an innovation center of excellence, both along with SOCAR and in the country as a whole. Thus, Microsoft will continue to expand its activities in Azerbaijan in the future.
