USAID attaches great importance to partnership with Azerbaijan

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) attaches great importance to the ongoing partnership with the Azerbaijani government.

Angelina Allen, the acting director of the USAID mission, said this at a round table on the quarterly (December 2022 - February 2023) results of the Online Public Control Platform project (www.enezaret.az ), Report informs.

According to her, USAID will continue to support efforts to strengthen public participation.

"The online platform of public control is an important mechanism for solving the problems of society together with the government. The platform receives great support from both the government and the relevant structures.

If you look at the solution to requests coming to the platform, you can see the growing dynamics. Public participation and civic engagement are important for the citizens of Azerbaijan. We see that with the growth of public activity of citizens and state structures, the dynamics of problem-solving is also growing," Allen said.
