Azerbaijani police find ammunition abandoned by Armenians in Tartar PHOTO

Activities are underway to detect and seize weapons and ammunition abandoned by the Armenian armed forces during the Patriotic War in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation.

Police officers of Tartar District Police Department regularly conduct raids on battlefields to inspect the enemy’s trenches and fortifications, the press service of the Interior Ministry told Caliber.Az.

“During the next raid near the village of Tapakand, 33 grenade launcher shells and over 25,000 rounds of various calibers were discovered and seized,” the Interior Ministry reports.
