“Armenians slaughtered and killed Azerbaijani children” Retired Ukrainian general on Khojaly victims

An event commemorating the victims of the Khojaly genocide was held in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, attended by representatives of the Ukrainian public and the city's Azerbaijani diaspora.

Retired Colonel-General of the Ukrainian Army Ivan Plahotnyuk, who served in Azerbaijan as part of the Soviet army in the early 90s, spoke and shared his memories, Caliber.Az reports citing Baku.TV

“I served in Afghanistan for 6 years during the war, but even there I did not see such victims as in Khojaly. A lot of people died - both children and old people. I saw the atrocities of the Armenian armed forces. They killed and slaughtered children and old people!” said Ivan Plahotnyuk.
