Azerbaijan, Georgia ink memorandums of twinning cities PHOTO
Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has signed a memorandum of understanding with the governor of Georgia’s Kvemo Kartli region Giorgi Dokhturishvili, who is on a visit to Baku.
“During the meeting with Giorgi Dokhturishvili, the governor of the Kvemo Kartli region of Georgia, we shared our views on the benefits and prospects of successful cooperation between our countries for the development of the economic and trade relations”, Caliber.Az informs citing Jabbarov’s Facebook post as saying on July 13.
According to the memorandum, Azerbaijan’s Shamkir city is twinned with the Georgian city of Marneuli, Aghstafa with Gardabani, Goygol with Bolnisi and Dashkesan with Dmanisi.
