Baku hosts NATO-linked seminar on energy security PHOTO
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is hosting a seminar on energy security in Baku from October 20 to 21 as part of the country’s practical cooperation with NATO.
The event brings together researchers, experts, and representatives from academic circles of NATO member and partner countries, along with officials from relevant Azerbaijani state institutions, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Discussions at the seminar will focus on Azerbaijan’s role in strengthening Europe’s energy security, potential challenges and risks, and the protection of critical energy infrastructure.
Participants will also address the importance of international cooperation in countering hybrid threats, the role of diplomacy in maintaining energy security, and multilateral cooperation mechanisms aimed at ensuring stable and sustainable energy supplies, among other topics.
