British embassy celebrates 32nd anniversary of UK-Azerbaijan diplomatic ties

The British embassy in Azerbaijan celebrates the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between London and Baku.

"The UK of course has a longstanding extensive and trusted relationship with Azerbaijan, from tackling climate change and empowering women to promoting trade," he said in a video prepared for the occasion, published on his X account, according to Report.

In the video, other members of the diplomatic mission spoke about how the two countries maintain close bilateral relations.

"We, as the British Embassy in Baku, are proud to be providing crucial life-saving and mine clearance assistance to Azerbaijan.... We as an embassy are of course proud that the UK is one of the largest foreign investors in Azerbaijan...," they said.
