FM: Armenia continued war crimes until Azerbaijan regained control over Lachin road

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said that Armenia continued committing war crimes until Azerbaijan restored control over the Lachin road.

Bayramov made these remarks when answering Report news agency journalist’s question at a press conference held with his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock in Baku on November 4.

The Azerbaijani minister noted that despite all these facts, the international community has not appealed to Armenia in this regard. The issue of planting mines by Armenia in the Azerbaijani territories was constantly raised by Azerbaijan.

“Armenia intensively continued committing these war crimes until Azerbaijan fully restored control over the Lachin road. It will take years to prevent its hard consequences. Despite the mentioned facts, the international community, countries and organisations has not appealed to Armenia in this regard. The reasons raise questions,” Bayramov added.
