Hikmet Hajiyev, Azerbaijan's presidential aide and head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, has posted a captivating photo from his visit to Ankara, marking yet another significant moment in the close ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
In his social media post, Hajiyev eloquently captured the essence of the visit with the words: “Ankara today. One Nation Two States!” symbolizing the deep, historical bond between the two nations, per Caliber.Az.

This visit comes as part of a high-level working trip by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, accompanied by a delegation, to Ankara, at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The Azerbaijani President arrived in Ankara on March 5, where he was met with an official ceremony at Esenboğa Airport. A guard of honour was present to welcome President Aliyev and his delegation, with Türkiye’s Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek and other senior officials extending their warm greetings.
