Russian-Uzbek singer banned from entering Russia for 50 years

Russian-Uzbek singer, Nargiz Zakirova, has been banned from entering Russia until 2072.

“This is a standard ban towards public figures who condemn the special operation. Despite this, Zakirova adheres to her civic position,” the lawyer of the singer said, according to StarHit.

He added that Zakirova expected such a decision.

Earlier, rumours went viral that a criminal case could be filed against the singer. However, the lawyer denied this information, explaining that Zakirova was only expressing her personal position.
