ICRC vehicles use Khankendi-Lachin road free of hindrance

Relevant conditions have been created on the Khankendi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of eight vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

According to Report's employee at the scene, the cars passed freely from Khankendi in the direction of Lachin.
