Azerbaijan Airlines addresses Baku–Tel Aviv flight passengers

Passengers of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) flights to/from Israel who were unable to use the airline's services due to the current emergency situation in Israel may refund tickets without penalties or rebook tickets free of charge.

Thus, passengers of AZAL flights to/from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, having air tickets booked before October 7 inclusive, with a departure date from October 8 to November 1, are allowed to return tickets within the involuntary procedure or rebook tickets for any other dates up to November 30, 2023, inclusive, AZAL told Caliber.Az.

AZAL is taking measures to help passengers in this difficult situation. If there are changes in the flight schedule, AZAL passengers will be promptly informed.
