Azerbaijan prepared new economic development strategy
Azerbaijan comprehensively analyzed the prospects of the national economy after the 44-day war between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the latter’s Karabakh region.
Azerbaijan’s Deputy Economy Minister, Elnur Aliyev, said Azerbaijan has outlined economic priorities for the post-war period, according to Oxu.Az.
“The strategy for 2022-2026 has already been developed and it is expected to be approved,” Aliyev said.
The deputy minister added that work is underway to attract investments to the Azerbaijani territories liberated from Armenia’s occupation.
“It is clear how each of the Azerbaijani districts will be developing. For example, Jabrayil will be our logistics hub, tourism will be developing in Kalbajar, while Shusha will become a cultural centre,” Aliyev said.
