Baku court reviews evidence in murder of national hero, awarded servicemen
The Baku Military Court on September 26 examined key evidence, including documents and photographs related to the killing of Azerbaijani National Hero Mubariz Ibrahimov and other servicemen, in a high-profile trial against several Armenian citizens
During the session, the court examined case materials connected to the deaths of Ibrahimov, Ahmad Huseynagha Abdullayev, and Farid Guloglanoghlu Ahmadov—both of whom had been awarded the Medal for Bravery. Photographic evidence was presented alongside the reading of relevant documents, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The court proceedings continue against Armenian nationals charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, aggression, terrorism, violations of the laws of war, financing terrorism, violent seizure and retention of power, and other serious offenses.
