Grammy Awards long list features piano masterpieces by Azerbaijani composer

The disc "Fikret Amirov 100" entered the long list of the International Music Award "Grammy"

The anthology album of piano works by the prominent Azerbaijani composer Fikrat Amirov - "Fikrat Amirov 100" entered the long list of the International Grammy Awards in the BEST CLASSICAL COMPENDIUM category, Azertag was told by the Culture Ministry of Azerbaijan.

According to the results of the selection of albums included in the list of the International Grammy Awards 2023, the album "Fikrat Amirov 100" is included in the Longlist of the Grammy Recording Academy.

The disc “Fikrat Amirov 100”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the outstanding Azerbaijani composer Fikrat Amirov, has been prepared by the Culture Ministry of Azerbaijan. The great composer's masterpieces were performed by the People's Artist of Azerbaijan Yegyana Akhundova.

The "Fikrat Amirov 100" disc is available on digital platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Yandex Music, VK Music, Boom, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, and Shazam.
