Russia exports over 140,000 tons of grain, cereals, flour to Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia

Some 144,400 tons of grain, cereals, and flour have been exported from Russia’s Republic of Bashkortostan to Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia since early 2022.

Around 3,231 export phytosanitary certificates have been issued, Report informs citing the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of the Russian Federation (Rosselkhoznadzor).

According to the data, the biggest volume of exported grain accounts for wheat – 38,160 tons. Some 17,740 tons of flax, 4,230 tons of camelina, 3,230 tons of barley, 1,050 tons of saffron, 81 tons of sunflower, 154 tons of milk thistle, 176 tons of vetch, 66 tons of mustard plant were also exported.
