Russian aid destined for Garabagh Armenians arrives in Khankendi

The cargo sent by the Russian Red Cross Society to meet the food needs of the Armenian residents living in the Garabagh economic region of Azerbaijan has arrived in Khankendi.

As reported earlier, a truck loaded with food and non-food products passed the post of Russian peacekeepers in the direction of Askeran-Khankendi on September 12, APA reports. 

The cargo sent by the Russian Red Cross Society at the initiative of the Russian Government and under a joint cooperation memorandum of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, had been stuck in Azerbaijan's Barda district for 2 days to pass to Khankendi.
