Russian forces down 13 Ukraine drones overnight, thwarting attacks on Belgorod, Kursk
Russian air defence forces managed to destroy 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territories of Belgorod and Kursk regions on the night of November 10 to 11.
A total of 13 drones were shot down overnight. Most of them, 12 UAVs, were destroyed over Kursk region, one UAV was shot down over the Belgorod region, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Russian Defence Ministry.
On November 10, the Defence Ministry reported on the repulsion of a massive attack on civilian infrastructure on the territory of Russian regions. Over the day, air defence and electronic warfare systems shot down and suppressed 84 drones.
In the Ramensky district of the Moscow region, 34 UAVs were destroyed and suppressed. When debris from one of them fell, four houses caught fire and five people were injured. In Belgorod Region, as reported by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, a drone attack on a five-storey residential building in the town of Shebekino killed one person.
