Sierra Leone’s ambassador shocked by landmine problem in Azerbaijan PHOTO

Sierra Leone Ambassador Alie Badara Kamara has been shocked by the scale of the landmine problem in Azerbaijan.

The newly appointed ambassador made these remarks at a meeting with Chairman of the Board of the Mine Action Agency of the Azerbaijan Republic (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov, Report informs.

Suleymanov congratulated Ambassador Alie Badara Kamara on appointment and wished him success in his activity in Azerbaijan.

The ambassador was briefed on the extent of the landmine problem in Azerbaijan and ANAMA's mine clearance efforts.

The sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
