"We support full compliance with the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020" Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev at the meeting with Russian and Armenian counterparts
The trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian prosecutors general took place in Minsk, the capital of Belarus on the initiative of the Russian side.
The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan told Caliber.Az that during the meeting, Kamran Aliyev stressed the importance of joint efforts to find people missing from the First and Second Karabakh Wars and the continuation of this process.
He underlined the importance of handing over the maps of minefields to save the lives and health of people, the prevention of illegal visits to Karabakh, and the necessity of cooperation in this sphere.
Aliyev stressed that the Azerbaijani side is a supporter of full compliance with the tripartite statement of November 10, 2020.
In turn, Russia's Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov thanked colleagues from Azerbaijan and Armenia for the constructive mutual cooperation and efforts for peace, stability, and prosperity of the peoples in the region.
At the meeting, the sides discussed future trilateral cooperation in the legal sphere and the implementation of the trilateral statement of the heads of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia.
The parties reaffirmed their support for strengthening ties to prevent cases that could become a source of tension in the future.
