Zangazur corridor fits well with TITR route, says Azerbaijani minister

Azerbaijan’s Digital Development and Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev has said that the Zangazur corridor fits well into the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).

He made the statement in response to questions from attendees of the international conference "Shaping the geopolitics of Greater Eurasia: from past to present and future" devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev, Report informs.

"Zangazur corridor has many advantages not only for Azerbaijan but also for other countries of the region. All countries in the region may benefit from the opening of this corridor, including Armenia if they want", the minister added.

According to him, this corridor will ensure faster transportation of goods, and it is the most convenient way for transit.
