Azerbaijan halts trafficking of 400kg of Iranian drugs PHOTO/VIDEO

Officers from the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry's Main Drug Control Department seized 400 kilograms of drugs from the "black market" smuggled from Iran during a month.

Some 49 drug couriers with heroin, opium, marijuana, ecstasy and methadone were detained. This has dealt a severe blow to the illegal channels of Iranian drug supply to Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Interior Ministry press service.
