Azerbaijan, World Bank keen to cooperate on green transition

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, President of COP29 Mukhtar Babayev has met with World Bank’s Senior Managing Director Axel van Trotsenburg and Vice President of the Europe and Central Asia Region at the World Bank Antonella Bassani.

The sides discussed issues of mutual cooperation, per Report.

They expressed readiness to continue joint work to support green transition in Azerbaijan, the region and the world.
