Azerbaijani minister calls Pakistani support in Second Karabakh War exceptional
Azerbaijan's Defence Industry Minister Vugar Mustafayev highlighted Pakistan's extraordinary support during the Second Karabakh War at an event commemorating Pakistan's National Day.
Reflecting on the historical context of diplomatic ties between the two nations, Minister Mustafayev underscored Pakistan's pivotal role as one of the earliest countries to recognize Azerbaijan's independence, Report informs.
"The collaborative efforts across various domains since gaining independence have elevated the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan to the status of strategic cooperation," noted Mustafayev.
Emphasizing the resolve to expand cooperation, Mustafayev outlined plans to bolster collaboration in industry, trade, economy, transportation, energy, digital development, and other sectors.
"We anticipate that the mutual decisions made by both presidents will invigorate and fortify the bond between our nations," concluded the minister, expressing optimism for the future trajectory of Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations.
