Azerbaijani repatriates from Iraq, Syria housed in social institution PHOTO
Azerbaijan has placed its 13 citizens (two women and 11 children) repatriated from Iraq and Syria in social and medical institutions.
Eleven repatriates were placed in social institutions of the Social Services Agency under the Labour and Social Security Ministry, two - in a medical institution. Work has begun on primary medical, socio-psychological support for the repatriates, Caliber.Az quotes the ministry's press service as saying.
At the next stage, the agency's social workers and psychologists will assess the socio-psychological situation of the repatriated women and children.
Based on the results of the assessment, individual plans will be developed and implemented to provide each repatriate with the necessary social rehabilitation services. The process of social rehabilitation will continue after these people are transferred to their families.
These services are provided in cooperation with other relevant institutions.
