Minister: Construction of Serbia-Bulgaria gas interconnector took a year

Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Djedovic-Handanovic has said that the construction of the gas interconnector between Serbia and Bulgaria was completed in a year.

She made the remarks at the launching ceremony of the Serbia-Bulgaria gas interconnector in the city of Nis, Serbia, a Report correspondent informs from the venue of the ceremony.

Thanks to Azerbaijani friends, after the completion, Serbia was able to negotiate gas supplies, and with the help of Bulgarian friends - to create a connection to the gas pipeline through which it will be delivered, she added.
