New payment system "Hello" registered in Russia

The Bank of Russia entered the "Hello" payment system into the register of payment system operators. This was reported on the website of the regulator.

The message noted that the new payment system is intended for money transfers within Russia and abroad.

Hello LLC is the operator of the new payment system. The organization was registered in Moscow in 2016. At the same time, almost the entire company is owned by LLC "Lodgegate Management and Sales", and Alfiya Abdurakhmanova is the ultimate beneficiary.

"Transcapitalbank" (TKB) is registered as a settlement center, and the organization's e-mail is registered to the domain of the gold mining company "Vysochaishy" (GV Gold).
