Over 100 legal entities & individuals ready to open businesses in Khankendi
Applications to open businesses in the territories liberated after the anti-terrorist measures, including in the city of Khankendi, were submitted by 107 legal entities and individuals.
The head of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, Matin Eynullayev, told reporters, Report informs.
In his view, the development of entrepreneurship in these territories is carried out in three conditional directions.
“First, this is the creation of business entities in areas necessary for everyday life: retail facilities, public catering, gas stations, and vehicle maintenance points. Two gas stations, two grocery stores, one branch of a cellular operator and one bakery have already been opened in Khankendi,” he said.
The second important direction, according to Eynullayev, is the restoration of the activities of enterprises for the production and processing of building materials to speed up construction work.
“By the end of March, the activities of two enterprises for the production of concrete and three workshops for the production of granite will be restored in the named territories.”
According to the head of the service, the priority also remains the restoration of the activities of livestock farms and workshops for processing agricultural products.
