SATTE 2025: Azerbaijan showcases its rich tourism offerings in New Delhi
Azerbaijan took centre stage at the prestigious SATTE 2025 exhibition in New Delhi, India’s capital, highlighting the country's vast and diverse tourism potential to the world.
The Azerbaijani delegation, comprising 24 representatives from the tourism sector, along with Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), made a strong impression at this international tourism showcase, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Their participation was made possible through the collaboration of the State Tourism Agency and the Tourism Bureau of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan's dynamic stand captivated visitors with its rich offerings — showcasing everything from tantalizing national cuisine and locally produced goods to showcasing opportunities for ski enthusiasts, wine lovers, and eco-tourists. Azerbaijan’s diverse tourism experiences, ranging from medical and winter tourism to eco-tourism, stood out, offering something for every traveller.
This year’s event saw more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries, solidifying SATTE as the premier destination for the global tourism industry. The exhibition provided an excellent platform for Azerbaijani businesses to strengthen their position in the Indian market, establish key industry connections, and explore new partnerships for the future.
SATTE 2025, Southeast Asia’s largest and most influential tourism exhibition, also introduced its bold "+1" marketing campaign, emphasizing its role as the undisputed leader in the travel industry. Along with the campaign, the event featured a series of exclusive events including the Leadership Summit and a Golf Tournament.
This year the fair attracted over 250 international buyers, opening doors for unique networking opportunities and global business growth.
Azerbaijan’s participation in SATTE 2025 marks an important milestone in its efforts to reach new markets and elevate its status as a prime tourism destination, reinforcing its commitment to fostering international connections and promoting its rich cultural and natural offerings on a global stage.
