Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said that it is important for Azerbaijani and Algerian officials to make reciprocal visits, including those at the highest level, to ensure the continuity of high-level political dialogue.

“We have exchanged views on various aspects of our relations today. There is huge potential in the economic sphere. Investments between our countries have wider opportunities in the energy sector. We exchanged views on steps to be taken in the future. The Algerian minister’s visit to Azerbaijan will give impetus to the revival of work in this sphere,” Bayramov said at a joint briefing with Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ramtane Lamamra, who is the special representative of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on August 10, Report informs.
