As Caliber.Az learned from reliable sources, Russian billionaire of Armenian origin Ruben Vardanyan, who renounced Russian citizenship in 2022 and was sent to Khankendi in order to revive the “Artsakh” project, which was dying by that time, is now very actively testifying to Azerbaijani investigative authorities, including regarding their numerous “trusted contacts” abroad.

The Azerbaijani side gained access to documents evidence of Ruben Vardanyan's contacts with key politicians, journalists, "human rights activists" and "experts" in the West, with whom open financial bargaining was conducted for the fulfilment of certain tasks of lobbying, political and informational nature.

Thus, the world public will soon learn the piquant details of Ruben Vardanyan's cooperation with the Carnegie Foundation. A special hello to Thomas De Waal - the British expert should be prepared, unpleasant surprises await him, as everything that is secret is revealed.

When the details of the investigation are made public (and documented), scandals will shake the European Parliament, the US Congress and the State Department, not to mention smaller fish.

It has also become known that the Donetsk separatist Alexander Borodai, now a member of the Russian State Duma, was directly financed by Vardanyan.

It has been established that Vardanyan was actively engaged in supporting the Donbas separatism under the supervision of the relevant department of the Russian security services. And here we should get ready for the head of USAID Samantha Power, details of whose, to put it mildly, very close contacts with Ruben Vardanyan have also become known to the Azerbaijani side.

In general, a simply incredible picture emerges - one of the key figures of the American administration Samantha Power is collaborating with Ruben Vardanyan, who, in turn, simultaneously finances separatism in Ukraine. The main question is who was working for whom?

It cannot be ruled out that Ruben Vardanyan, in accordance with the Armenian classics, was a double agent, as a result of which the "enlightened" Russian authorities simply leaked him, as indirectly evidenced by Moscow's complete indifference to Vardanyan's fate after his arrest.
