Ambassador: Romania is keen on peace in South Caucasus

Romania is interested in peace, stability, and security in the South Caucasus.

Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasile Soare said this at a reception on the National Day of Romania in Baku, Report says.

The diplomat noted that Romania welcomes Azerbaijan's efforts to normalize relations with all neighbors based on the principles of international law.

“Romania has been and continues to be a friend and partner of Azerbaijan,” the ambassador said.
